A proposal to build 25 two-storey, detached houses in South Roscommon has been submitted to Roscommon County Council. The development is planned for Barrymore, Kiltoom and was submitted by Aidan Kelly. The planning application was received by the local authority on Monday, October 2nd. A decision on the proposed project, which also includes all associated site development works and connections to public services, is due to be made by November 23rd.
